Vulnerable writing Incompany training
Happy employees make for a productive organization. Fulfillment, development and enjoyment in one’s work go hand in hand for both employees and the organization.
Vulnerable writing plays into this. The interactive training takes up to four hours and covers the four most helpful writing styles, each followed by an exercises to become familiar with each writing style. After the writing, the group is led through individual reflections and employees are allowed to share their stories to build connection.
This training will empower employees and strengthen teams
The training delves into the positive psychology perspective, using practical and corrective tools. Each participant learns to turn inward through individual writing exercises and guided reflections so that the employee gains more insight into themselves, the connection between the head and body, their norms and values, feelings, needs and (behavioral) patterns. Each participant aims to find a balance between direction and self-organization so that everyone can reach their potential. Topics such as taking control, setting priorities, making choices and assertive behavior are addressed. The Vulnerable Writing Training alternates between theory, practice and connection through storytelling. Colleagues are given the opportunity to understand each other better in a safe and controlled environment, leading to a more harmonious work environment.
Each participant takes steps to strengthen their well-being, leading to greater resilience and productivity.

My name is Natasja. I’ve studied European Studies and English & Spanish Literature & Linguistics, I am developing my skills as a coach (NLP) and expanding my theoretical and scientific framework through positive psychology, storytelling, and narrative therapy. I’ve combined my knowledge and competencies with my writing skills and developed many trainings and workshops of varying topics from (vulnerable) writing to micro aggressions.
We are living in a time with more polarization that pushes people apart. There’s growing isolation and loneliness. People from all walks of life are struggling with their mental wellbeing and are in need of building their resilience.
That’s where the Vulnerable Writing Training comes in. Writing can be a solitary act, and it oh-so daunting, especially when you’re baring your soul. So it was really important for me to create a safe space where colleagues could share a moment together. They could feel connected and understand each other.
The better we know ourselves, the stronger we become. The better we understand and care for others, the stronger your team will become. You want resilient team members who take pride and joy in their work.
This tailor-made training can help with that!
“The training was empowering, introspective, and beautiful. Natasja created a safe space for us to come together to learn about the different styles of therapeutic writing, and to discover which technique was most helpful to us. I was astounded to discover how much I was able to write for each exercise! It was also striking to discover the different emotions associated with each exercise. Overall, the entire experience was illuminating, and I was happy to discover a writing style that helped me learn more about myself and process my emotions.”
