You’re here because you’re thinking about investing in yourself. Do you have a hard time opening up to others but still want to turn inward, not be ruled by your emotions, and become a vulnerable storyteller? Maybe you want more guided accountability and reflections after the writing workshop? Done! You can schedule an individual writing session with me. During this one-on-one writing session, we will write together and work through our vulnerable stories. If you’re not into writing but would rather talk, then you can do that during a support session! Understanding your emotions, values, and boundaries takes time, and you don’t have to do it alone. You don’t have to carry the heavy weight by yourself.
